The process:
Raw material: SUS304 round physical material
CNC machined process: lathe -milling
The big challenge is after all the process finished, there will be scratch on the surface coz during the manufacture process, the chips will be lead this kind of issue but not easy to eliminate.
How can do, we ever thought about and help customer to solve this issue,coz you know, it is a cosmetic component when face with consumer at the 1st time face, so the cosmetic is the key factor for the 1st impression.
To solve this: we directly add the air gun on the CNC machining and after that we put the part on the polish machine with the sandpaper, this can fully solve the issue
There are three kinds of different plungers here to suit different size cylinder when you are planning to do have a coffee.

Brewing with a Flair Plunger:
1. Set Up: Add your coarse coffee grounds and hot water to the brewing chamber.
2. Stir: Gently stir to ensure even saturation.
3. Steep: Allow it to steep for about 4 minutes, adjusting time based on your taste preferences.
4. Press: Slowly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee.
5. Serve: Pour and enjoy
